Liu Zhenli (Chinese: 刘振立; born August 1964) is a general (3 star) (Shangjiang) of the People's Liberation Army (PLA), currently serving as chief of staff of the Joint Staff Department of the Central Military Commission. He was commander of the People's Liberation Army Ground Force from June 2021 to December 2022.[1]

He is a member of the 19th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. He was a delegate to the 12th National People's Congress.
